Opus serves fine dining cuisine with French and Qatari influences, created by Michelin Star Chef, Jean-Francois Rouquette. Enjoy breakfast or lunch on the magnificent outdoor dining terrace, sampling lovingly made food made for sharing. On the menu you’ll find delicious cold and hot mezza, as well as minced lamb kebabs and oven roasted hammour. At the carving station, you can feast on things like lamb ouzi, whole sea bass, beef wellington or slow roasted goat leg. There is also paella and maki stations, and a tempting array of desserts.
