About Arsan Cafe
Arsan Cafe is an old converted police station, orginallybuilt in the 1950sandnow a heritage site listed under the Qatar Museums. Looking out onto Ruwais Beach, it opens early morning, serving upcoffee, tea and mocktails, plus all kinds of breakfasts–from cereal to sandwiches–and a range of delicious desserts.
