UK Pavilion Inaugurated at Expo 2023 Doha, Showcasing Sustainability and Innovation

In a significant development at the Expo 2023 Doha, HE Lord Tariq Ahmad of Wimbledon, Minister of State for Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, and the United Nations at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, has officially inaugurated the United Kingdom's pavilion. This notable event took place in the presence of HE Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie, H.E. Minister of Municipality and Chairman of the National Committee for Hosting Expo 2023 Doha. The inauguration ceremony was further graced by the presence of various ambassadors, senior officials, and experts in agricultural and environmental affairs.

The UK Pavilion, positioned in the International Zone of the Expo, is a focal point demonstrating the United Kingdom's advanced capabilities in sustainability and environmental protection. Lord Tariq Ahmad, during his tour of the pavilion, gained insights into the various facilities and activities that the pavilion offers. A key highlight of the UK Pavilion is its display of modern agricultural techniques and equipment, showcasing the country's innovation in water, food, and energy.
