These occurrences alter crop yields which affect food availability and affordability. Shifts in temperature and precipitation patterns also influence the distribution of pests and diseases, further challenging agricultural productivity. If these adverse effects keep growing without any corrective measures being taken, we are going to face a severe food shortage for an ever-growing population. 

The symposium’s outcomes were not confined to theoretical discussions; instead, they laid the foundations for actionable strategies and policies.
